By accessing LastWish (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. This platform is a specialized Heritage Infrastructure designed for the preservation and transmission of digital and physical legacies. Use of this platform constitutes a legal agreement between you and Scriptika Solutions.
LastWish operates on a Zero-Knowledge architecture. While we provide the infrastructure (the "Vault"), you maintain absolute sovereignty over your encryption keys. We cannot recover data if keys are lost, nor can we access your encrypted contents without your explicit authorization or the triggering of the Demise Orchestrator sequence.
You acknowledge that the Platform's core function is the execution of your wishes upon a verified demise event. You authorize the platform to dispatch notices to your designated Heirs and Executors based on the "Heartbeat" protocols established in your account.
Documents generated on this platform are designed to be compliant with the Indian Succession Act 1925 and the Hindu Succession Act 1956. However, "Digital Wills" and "AI-Generated Drafts" must be executed (signed and witnessed) in accordance with physical legal requirements in your specific jurisdiction to be fully enforceable.
Access to the Sovereign Vault and Heritage Services is subject to the subscription plan selected. All fees are processed via Razorpay and are non-refundable once the forensic state hashing of your initial documents has been completed.
